What are the shipping options?

We currently only offer standard shipping to all U.S. states excluding Hawaii & Alaska. 

How long does shipping usually take?

Items typically arrive in 3-7 business days. If there is a delay we will contact you with an updated estimated arrival date. 

How long is order processing?

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after order is placed. 

Where are you located?

Our items ship from Millville, New Jersey!

Do you offer order drop-off?

Yes! If you're located in Cumberland County, NJ we will gladly drop off your order. You can select this during checkout. Please be sure to provide accurate contact info for safe delivery. 

How can I be sure that I order the correct size?

Each item may vary in sizing and some come with their own sizing chart/guide. If you are still unsure please do not hesitate to contact us via email or social media!

What is the return policy?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns at this time. Should an item be deemed defective please email us at contact@shopverre.com with photo proof of damage/defect. You will receive store credit in the form of a gift card. This credit does not expire and can be used at any time.

How do I contact the company if my question isn’t answered here?
